If you’ve never just known, deep in your soul, that you’re ready, you probably don’t relate to the statement, “When you’re ready, you’re ready.”
I see this a lot in people who join the Code Red Lifestyle™. The MOST successful Rebels – lose all their weight, stay on track, and keep the weight off – are successful because they’re ready.
The decision is made. For them, there’s simply no going back. It’s not even an option.
And because the BIG decision is made, all the little, in the moment decisions, like should I eat that piece of cake, should I have that bag of chips, are already made.
They may still want to eat the cake or chips, but they won’t. Doing so isn’t an option.
That’s what “when you’re ready, you’re ready” means.
Some Rebels are that kind of ready the second they join Code Red.
For others, they have to actually try the program and see if it resonates. If it does, that switch flips, and they hit that level of ready.
Some people try Code Red and fall on their face, THEN realize they’re ready, and come back with a vengeance to nail the program.
My point in telling you that is that just because you don’t feel ready the instant you hear about Code Red doesn’t mean you aren’t ready, or that you won’t be once you give the program a solid chance.
A lot of people in the world insist on waiting to do something until they feel ready. But because of fear, uncertainty, or any number of things, they insist they aren’t ready, and postpone their results for months, years, even decades.
Trying the thing you insist you aren’t ready for could be exactly what makes you ready!
A lot of Rebels join a 10 Pound Takedown to help them decide if they’re ready. The 10 Pound Takedown is only 30 days – plenty of time to follow the program, get some results, and see if it’s something you can see yourself doing for life.
Click the big red button below to join the 10 Pound Takedown. Lose 10 pounds in 30 days and feel better than you have in years by simply eating real food, drinking water, and sleeping. No shakes, diet pills, diet foods, or exercise required. Check it out by clicking the button below.
