If you’re a long-time Rebel, you’ll laugh at this. If you’re new, buckle up!

Unlike a lot of nutrition and weight loss experts out there, I do NOT prepare extravagant meals.

In fact, my meals are as simple as it gets.

There are plenty of creative Code Red Rebels who are able to make surprisingly fancy meals from Code Red-approved foods.

So why don’t I mess around with stuff like that, or require my Rebels to make complicated recipes?

Because complicated meals are NOT necessary for weight loss. You can enjoy simple, delicious meals and lose all the weight you want.

Plus, complicated recipes often slow down your weight loss.

And they can get expensive.

If you’re someone who struggles to succeed on programs where you have to live off of expensive, complicated recipes, I hope this comes as a relief!
