What Do I Eat? – September 22, 2018

In these What Do I Eat videos, I talk a lot about figuring out what works best for your needs and your goals. Ever wonder what I mean by that?

I’ll use myself as an example. My goal is usually to maintain my weight. Sometimes it creeps back up, so I’ll briefly change my goal to weight loss.

Food is fuel to me, so I’m not obsessed with it being perfect, the way some people are (no offense – to each their own!). I also don’t care about variety. I just want something that’s gonna nourish me and keep me satiated and full of energy.

I also like to get a good mix of vitamins and nutrients, and I make sure my plate has a ton of veggies. You’ll notice how much I love green vegetables.

My goals are to maintain my weight, nourish my body, and stay and feel fit and strong. And I’ve figured out which foods help me do that.

Your goals may or may not align with mine. And the food I eat may or may not help you get there. Everybody’s different. The only way to find out for sure what works for you is to experiment and pay attention to how you look and feel.
