Successful weight loss does not have to include complicated recipes with 25-page shopping lists and weird ingredients you’ve never heard of it!

You also don’t need some company’s mail-order pre-packaged food stuffed with chemicals that’ll trigger inflammation.

Normal, real food available at any grocery store will do more for you than all that stuff!

I bring this up a lot, because it often takes people new to the Code Red Lifestyle™ a little time to wrap their head around the idea that food can be simple, fast, and easy, taste delicious, AND lead to fast, safe weight loss.

Meals I prepare for myself are the epitome of simple.

A meat, a fat, and a veggie, and I’m good to go.
