Then Code Red's not the program for you.
It's true that some of our program options give you a ton of guidance, but even then, you're expected to do your part. And your part does include using your brain.
1. Code Red's mission is to free you from helplessness with regard to having control of your weight.
We want to EMPOWER you, not keep you trapped as a helpless victim who believes they have no control over their size and health. That empowerment will NEVER happen if we do the thinking for you.
2. There's no such thing as cookie cutter portion sizes, foods, or any of that.
It's true there are certain things that are good for everyone across the board, like real food, water, and sleep.
HOWEVER, within those guidelines, what works for you may not work for Sally, and copying Sally's exact meals, meal times, and portions is a bad idea.
It's about finding what works for YOU, like I'm always saying in my What Do I Eat? videos.
