What Do I Eat? March 9, 2019

Keep. It. SIMPLE. That’s what I’m always telling my Rebels.

I know the various diet, food, fitness, and pharmaceutical industries want you to believe healthy eating and weight loss are complicated.

You need 6 meals a day, they say. You need complicated recipes with 50 ingredients apiece (many of which are weird and not readily available where you live), they say.

You have to exercise two hours a day and drink pre- and post-workout shakes, they say.

You can only cure disease with medication, they say.

Blah blah blah!

Healthy eating is not complicated. Weight loss is not complicated. Nor are either of these things “mysterious.”

The sooner you can embrace that, and let go of all the industry lies and confusion muddying the waters, the more successful you’ll be.

My meal in this week’s What Do I Eat? is a perfect example of keeping food simple AND delicious. If you’re not sure what I mean by simple, you’ll see when you watch this video.

I know, it may seem “too good to be true,” but it’s not.

Keep it simple, like I do in this video. You won’t believe how much time, stress, and money it saves – or the incredible weight loss and health results you’ll get!
