“Ain’t nobody gonna die from skipping a meal” is one of my catch phrases.
I say it because I live it.
“You need three meals and two snacks a day to keep up your metabolism” is a lie.
Constantly shoving food in your mouth keeps your blood sugar spiked and your pancreas in overdrive, so your body never gets a break from digestion.
You’re not “keeping up your metabolism” by eating all the time – you’re wearing your body out.
