What Do I Eat? – March 13, 2018

Life is great…but also stressful.

It’s one of many reasons I keep my meals simple.

A simple meal once or twice a day is all I need.

Eating this way frees up SO much time and mental energy, because I don’t have to spend all day every day wondering when and what I’m gonna eat.
