If so, you’ve probably figured out I have no problem eating the same foods every day.
Some people struggle with doing that, because they get bored.
I don’t. If I enjoy foods and they nourish me and keep me full, why would I have a problem eating them every day?
But in this week’s What Do I Eat, you WILL see something different: An apricot.
Apricots are not approved for weight loss mode on the Code Red Lifestyle. It’s not because I think apricots are unhealthy! The opposite!
But after writing over 1200 custom nutrition programs, I’ve found that they stall weight loss in most people. So I have my Rebels cut them out until they’re done losing weight.
Once you hit goal weight, like I am, you can eat them again, which is why I added a small apricot to my otherwise Code Red-approved meal. Watch the video to hear more!
