There’s no cookie cutter method for weight loss. Most weight loss programs won’t acknowledge this.

True, there are things that are good for all of us, like real food, water, and sleep.

But beyond that, it can take some experimenting to find what works best for you. It’s the only way you’re ever gonna know for sure!

In this week’s “What Do I Eat?” you can see another example of what works great for me. Use it to give you ideas, and if you want to try it, absolutely go for it! Just keep an open mind about it, and listen to your body.
