What Do I Eat? January 11, 2020

We’ve all heard that saying, “Variety is the spice of life.”

Maybe so, but it doesn’t mean you have to have overload yourself with variety to the point life becomes overly complicated.

Take your food choices. If you like a certain food or certain meal, AND it’s good for you, eat it every day if you want! There’s no law that says you “have” to make it all about variety.

The food I eat in this week’s “What Do I Eat?” is something I eat every week, often multiple times. I like it, it nourishes me, and it keeps me full.
