What are you willing to fight for?

I’ve always been a fighter, and I’m not talking about my boxing career.

My view is that anyone worth their salt stands up for what they believe in.

That’s why I respect the heck out of people who do exactly that, even if I don’t agree with them.

(Obviously I’m not talking about people who are jerks about it, and who run around hurting other people.)

In today’s world, differing opinions aren’t as tolerated as they used to be, so that can make it seem tough. You might lose friends, or relatives. I get it.

But every decision comes with a cost. It’s just a matter of choosing which price you want to pay.

For example: Your own health. Eating whatever sugary junk food you want comes with a cost to your health.

Living the Code Red Lifestyle™, where you eat clean, lose the weight, keep it off, and enjoy tangible physical and mental benefits, also comes with a cost: Taking control of your eating, instead of eating by impulse.

Is your own health – your own LIFE – worth fighting for? Is it worth it to be there for the people who love you?

Only you can decide. Watch my video below about fighting for what you believe in. It’ll get you thinking, and may just be the kick in the butt you need to take control of your weight and health.
