Still believe weight loss is complicated? Check this out!

“Stand on your head, suck on a lemon, blink three times, pass some gas, recite the Gettysburg Address, and drink a gritty shake…that’s what it takes to lose weight!” 

Obviously I’m joking, but what I just wrote is barely more ridiculous and complicated than so many of the weight loss fads and “diets” floating around out there. 

I get why it’s so difficult to let go of the belief that weight loss is complicated. 

I also understand why so many people are always trying the next wacky fad “diet.” People have tried everything, and they’re desperate. 

Plus all the gimmicks and misinformation keep us blind to the simple weight loss truths hiding in plain sight. 

That’s why a lot of people new to Code Red – especially people who join a 10 Pound Takedown – start off overthinking the crap out of it. They just can’t believe it’s really that simple!
