I’m not saying your feelings or wrong or invalid. But if they keep getting you results you really don’t want…like gaining the weight back AGAIN, or another fight with your spouse or kids, or walking on eggshells around someone because you can’t have a conversation without it blowing up…it might be that what you’re feeling in the moment is not what’s gonna get the result you DO want.
