When it comes to high fat foods, you and I have heard it all.
“High fat causes cholesterol blockage.”
“High fat leads to high blood pressure.”
“High fat leads to heart disease.”
“High fat can trigger cancer cells. “
You go into the grocery store, and the food labels advertise low fat. The food label’s bullcrap marketing claims brag that this low-fat food is part of a “healthy diet.”
Everywhere we turn, fat is demonized.
But if fat is really as “bad” as all these industries with billions of dollars at stake claim, why is that the lower in fat our diet gets, the fatter and sicker WE get?
Basic common sense tells us something’s not right with this equation.
Especially when you consider how many Code Red Rebels, who eat a high fat diet, drink water, and sleep, have not only LOST weight on Code Red, they’ve also seen their type II diabetes eliminated, their migraines disappear, their constant joint pain stop, their energy levels go through the roof, their moods improve…
Seriously, does ANY of that sound “bad” to you?
So how did we get into this big “fat” mess of thinking fat is “bad” and will kill us?
