The biggest myth about weight loss

Back when I was an award-winning personal trainer working in New York City, clients came to me wanting help to lose weight.

I worked them pretty hard, because like a lot of people, I used to believe you had to exercise to address a weight problem.

If you’ve heard my story, you know my eyes were opened after I started getting fat, even though I was working out 3 to 5 hours a day and riding my road bike 300 miles a week. There’s no way I should have been fat, yet what I saw in the mirror said otherwise.

If you’re still caught up in the myth that exercise is a way to address a weight problem, I get it.

And if you feel hopeless because of it – perhaps you’ve been exercising and you’re still heavy, or you’re not physically capable of walking more than a block at a time, much less “hitting the gym” – then please click below to watch my video about why the biggest myth about weight loss is 100% WRONG…AND what you can do to address your weight problem without ANY exercise whatsoever.
