Rebel victories for the week of January 16, 2021

No matter what adversity life throws your way, it’s 100% doable to stay on track. Code Red Rebels are not only experiencing victories, they’re THRIVING in ways they would not be if they hadn’t joined the Code Red Lifestyle™…and I bet my mohawk you can relate to these. Keep reading to see what I mean:

B.B. – “I want some of your food too mommy.” Yay mom win!! Thank you code red and cristy!! I love the feeling of giving my son healthy food that he enjoys.

C.N. – I just wanted to share a couple NSV’s. First check out these size 3 Hollister jeans my hubby got me for Christmas. When I first looked at them I figured they would be too small plus I never imagined being 41 years old and fitting into anything from Hollister. Lol! Second check out my weight the past 9 days. I work as a Labor and Delivery nurse and this week I helped out by picking up a couple night shifts which I usually work day shift (thank the Lord!). I had to really think about and flip flop my schedule but I made Code Red work for me. My sleep was a little off but my food and water stayed on point. I haven’t had any huge loss in weight (my goal is 115) but I have learned how to maintain and keep the weight off. I have made Code Red a way of living….no matter what my schedule is. Hopefully won’t have to pick up any more night shifts and hope to see 115 on that scale very soon! We all can do hard things! Stay strong rebels!!

A.M.W. – Attention diabetics! Praising! I’ve been a type 2 diabetic for over 20 years. I take metformin and inject Victoza. My A1c (blood sugar test) in June was 7.7, but by December it was 5.8 due to being on CR since mid-September. I’ve also lost 30 pounds so far. Feeling so good!!!!

K.F. – Officially one year ago I started this amazing lifestyle at 250lb I have accomplished so much in just a year not only have I lost 125lb I have had so many amazing NSV. Some of my absolute favorites are wrapping a normal sized towel around me, I can get up on my horse from the ground no mounting block needed, wearing my younger sister size 4 jeans, the ability to go go go without getting winded, no more head ache, back ache or knee pain, and needing a smaller saddle! And to think back what started as a New Year’s resolution turned into something so much more and the only way I succeeded I owe to Cristy Code Red, Charlene DeSalme, and Everyone in this group! Anyone new to starting out or having a hard time, trust the process follow the rules drink your water, get your sleep the reward in the end is so much more.

K.P.B. – Today’s NSV: I spend a lot of time using wheelbarrow when I head to my parents house to work in the yard. Last summer, my hips rubbed against the handles. This spring? I have room to spare! And I get the best workout!
