Rebel success story for the week of September 25, 2021

These vacation photos of Maggie’s are one year apart – age 63 to 64.

Maggie’s an active lady, and not only is she down 52 pounds and closing in on her goal, but look at what else real food, water, and sleep have improved for her:

➡️  “I play tennis and golf. I can play for longer without getting winded and I’m faster now, or so says my teammates.”

➡️  “My golf game improved so much the team I’m on advanced to Nationals and I won both my matches (match cup format).”

➡️  “When I sit on the floor with my grandkids I can actually get back up by myself.”

Also, changing what you eat is one the hardest parts of weight loss for most people, but check out what Maggie has to say about it: “I love and enjoy all the food on Code Red. I’m really glad I’m eating two meals a day. I don’t miss lunch or all the hassle it represents.”

That’s right – we don’t eat frequently on Code Red. The idea you have to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks to “keep up your metabolism” and lose weight is bullcrap.

Look at all the improvements Maggie, in her 60s, experienced on the Code Red Lifestyle™. Even her bloodwork has improved “greatly,” and her doctor is encouraged, she says!

Your transformation can happen, too. Being sick, tired, and in pain is NOT “a part of getting older.” It’s a part of not eating the right foods, dehydration, and lack of sleep. Those three things apply no matter how many years you’ve been alive on planet Earth.

In case you missed my announcement, the Code Red Lifestyle app is now OPEN. You can create your free account, and even join a 10 Pound Takedown right there in the app. (That’s also where the challenge content is delivered.)

Set up your free Code Red Lifestyle App account on your computer at http://www.CodeRedLifestyle.com/App, or visit the app store of your choice (Apple App Store or Google Play) and search for Code Red Lifestyle to get the app on your phone or tablet!
