In her 30s Nancy was diagnosed with Type II diabetes, adding to her long list of medical problems that included gout, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, and aching joints, to name just a few.
Nancy was also busting her butt exercising in the gym 5 to 6 days a week, but it wasn’t putting a dent in her weight loss.
