Did you know this helps with willpower?

There’s a lot of reasons I love routines, and one is that having a routine frees up willpower and mental bandwidth.

Think about it! When you stick a routine you’ve created, you know exactly what to expect. There’s no “should I do this” or “when should I do that?”

Plus, our brains are WIRED to form habits (otherwise we wouldn’t be able to function), and routines are just a series of habits.
