Most programs not only allow snacking, they encourage it. They’re all about making sure you “keep up your metabolism” by eating every two hours.
Or, heaven forbid, keeping you from feeling a nanosecond of hunger.
The reality is, unless you’re an athlete training at Michael Phelps’ level, you don’t need to snack.
And when you drink water, get enough sleep, and eat filling, healthy foods, you won’t want to snack.
What’s more, snacking isn’t actually good for you, and does not “keep your metabolism.”
What it does is keep your body in digestion mode alllll day long.
