How to stay on track when someone’s got junk food in your house

‘Focus’ is something I talk about a lot on the Code Red Lifestyle™, because it’s critical to your success.

On Code Red, we focus on what we have to gain rather than what we’re leaving behind.

We focus on empowerment.

We focus on making the right choices for our bodies and our minds.

That’s why, in my video below, I’m revealing my favorite strategies for staying focused; specifically, how to keep yourself going in the right direction even when your family has junk food in your house, and it’s calling your name.

The first thing I tell my Rebels is to get the junk food out of your house, and to keep it out.

A lot of Rebels make it happen cap’n.

But for some, it doesn’t happen.

After all, just because you’re on the straight and narrow with Code Red doesn’t mean your spouse is on board.

Or, maybe you have relatives who insisting bringing it when they visit.

Heck, maybe you fell off the wagon and bought it yourself.

Regardless of where it comes from, any junk food in your house is going to do more than clutter your kitchen. It’s going to clutter your mind, and make sticking to your health goals harder than they need to be.

My new video will teach you how to stop that from happening, so you can stay on track without all the friction of relying only on willpower.
