The thing is, your mind and your body are both in your body. We tend to think of them as separate, but they’re part of the same being. They are absolutely NOT separate.
Your mindset and mental health have a role in your weight loss and physical health, and your weight loss and physical health have a role in your mindset and mental health.
Because your mind is part of your body, food is also your mind’s fuel. When you eat like crap and feel like crap, it’s not only because the crap affects your body from the eyeballs down. It affects your mind, too.
