Getting started on Code Red

Two questions I get asked all the time are:

1) How did the Code Red Lifestyle™ come to be?

2) If I want to get started on Code Red, what’s the best way to do that?

Right after I retired from professional boxing, I took up road cycling. I came to be one of the fastest females on a bike, and to this day I hold cycling records in the Treasure Valley that have not been broken.

I was riding my road bike 300 miles a week on a regular basis, and I was in the best shape of my life.

With alllll that exercise, there’s no way I should have been fat…right?

And yet, I was! I was both the fittest AND the fattest I’d ever been.

It just didn’t make sense!!

So I did some research, and that’s when I learned the truth about how you address a weight problem: With nutrition!

I realized everybody in the world needed to know what I now knew, and the Code Red Lifestyle™ was born!

As for how to get started on the Code Red Lifestyle™, there are three simple things anyone can do started moving in that direction, and in my video below, I’ll explain exactly what they are.
