Foods to avoid if you have high cholesterol

I bet my mohawk you’ve been told the following about cholesterol:

“If you have high cholesterol, stay away from a high fat diet!”

“LDL cholesterol is BAD!”

This is gonna shock you, but both of those statements are tired, out-dated LIES that do not align with the latest research on cholesterol. And in my new video, I’m gonna debunk them both.

Did you know most people who have heart attacks actually have normal, or even low, cholesterol levels? (Pretty shocking, I know.) My sister Cari, an RN/MSN and open-heart ICU nurse, can attest to this.

So how can this be?

It’s because cholesterol is THE most misunderstood and misdiagnosed facet of human health…to the point that millions of people are very sick and very fat because they’ve been brainwashed to believe cholesterol is “bad.” They do not have all the facts about cholesterol, what it does in the body, and if and when you should even worry whether it’s high.

I’ll cover all this and more in my video below about high cholesterol, including:

– Why blaming LDL (aka “bad” cholesterol) for arterial blockage is as crazy as blaming firemen for being at the scene of a fire

– The #1 food that’s actually responsible for clogged arteries (stop eating it NOW if you’re worried about high cholesterol)

– The critical reasons your body actually NEEDS cholesterol

– The one and only reason a high-fat diet might be dangerous with regard to cholesterol. Before you panic, it’s NOT the mainstream lie you’ve been told. And here’s what you can do to eliminate the “threat” once and for all (without medication, supplements, or gimmicks).

Watch my video below to learn all of the above and more.
