Everything in “moderation,” right? My answer’s gonna shock you.

Moderation is touted by the diet industry as a way to enjoy “your favorite foods” while you lose weight.

Sugar “in moderation.”

Junk food “in moderation.”

When it comes to eliminating chemical-soaked junk food and taking control of your health, I don’t do “moderation.”

Why?

First of all, the more crap food you eat, the longer it takes to lose weight.

Do you want to be losing weight for weeks, months, or even years longer than you would if you cut out the bullcrap foods?

Second, sugar is eight times more addictive than heroin.

When it’s time to clean up their lives and stop doing drugs, do drug addicts use drugs “in moderation?”

How about alcoholics? When they set out to get clean and sober, do they drink “in moderation?”

The idea you can keep eating cake, cookies, and donuts, and still lose weight, is very appealing.

And giving up sugar is hard.

But on the Code Red Lifestyle, we cut sugar out.

It’s one of many reasons I call my people Rebels.

Rebels do hard things.

It takes a real “Rebel” to decide you’re gonna get AND keep that weight off once and for all, even if it means giving up donuts and other junk.

It also takes a real “Rebel” to decide you love your body enough to only feed it clean, nutritious food, rather than any ol’ thing that just “tastes good.”

March is National Nutrition Month.

What better time to start eating real food, drinking water, and getting plenty of sleep, like a true Code Red Rebel?
