The dangers of CHEESE

COULD CHEESE BE HURTING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS?  I say YES.  Cheese has no carbs or sugar and its a great source of fat.  BUT!  It’s very calorie dense so you can easily pack on the calories without even thinking about it.

If you choose to eat cheese, it must be CAREFULLY MEASURED before eating to be sure you are only eating the exact amount that you can afford in your calorie budget.  Don’t let cheese cause a stall in your weight loss.
