How many weight loss programs have you tried that say it’s okay to eat anything you want, as long as you do so “in moderation?”

The Code Red Lifestyle has a pretty different take on “moderation.” In fact, a lot of people think it’s downright extreme.

Maybe it is. But so is the state of our nation’s health. We’re the fattest and sickest we’ve ever been.

What has eating junk food “in moderation” gotten us? And is it truly possible to eat bull crap food “in moderation” and keep your weight and health under control?
