He lost faster than a guy on the shot

One of Code Red’s Summer Slimdown clients shared his jaw-dropping results in a weight loss challenge:

“There was a weight loss challenge at work in May so of course I signed up…and won.. Code red in my corner.  The guy who got second place was upset that I won.  He’s 5’11/178lbs and takes ‘the shots’ and I ​still won…with real food.  He doesn’t believe that I’m not on the shots but wont ​say it to my face.  so funny.”

Doesn’t surprise me AT ALL.

Before the shots were a thing, everyone assumed Code Red clients dropped weight so fast because they got gastric surgery!

Code Red IS the best way to lose weight, especially if you don’t wanna use gimmicks.

Sometimes Rebels will fall off the wagon, go try other crap, realize it’s not as good, and return to Code Red because it’s just BETTER.

Someone says as much in almost every 10 Pound Takedown!

I wish people didn’t have to learn the hard way, but I guess we’re a stubborn bunch. We think we’ll be that exception, only to find out that no, we aren’t.

That’s the bad news.

The good news is, you CAN come back from it.

You can also learn from the mistakes of others (including me) and stick with Code Red in the first place.

Everyone who does it shines a spotlight on themselves for “failing,” then spends staggering amounts of time and energy hiding from that self-inflicted spotlight.

But again, regaining weight doesn’t make you a unicorn.
