The first ever Code Red LIVE event, held October 26 in Boise, included a special Code Red Kids gathering.

Not only was this event food-free (I did have water!) – because it is possible to enjoy yourself without everything revolving around food, especially sugar – it included a bunch of different activities kids could enjoy.

Plus kids got to get their photo taken with me.

I LOVED this event, and am looking at doing more in the future.

One of the activities at this Code Red Kids event was for kids to draw a picture of me, and I’d send the kid who drew my favorite picture a prize.
