What Do I Eat? May 9, 2020

Adding variety to your foods is really easy. All it takes is one tweak. Here’s an example of what I mean.

Let’s say you’re eating Brussels sprouts with butter and steak. Switch the Brussels sprouts out for broccoli, or cauliflower rice, bell peppers, eggplant, or any other approved veggie.

Instead of butter, used Code Red Olive Oil (www.CodeRedOliveOil.com).

Instead of steak, use bacon, ground beef, pork loin, shredded pork.

See what I mean? It’s INCREDIBLY simple to add variety. Even switching up the seasonings can do it.

I’m not someone who needs tons of variety, but this week I did switch up what I ate with my broccoli.
