Does a 10 Pound Takedown give me EVERYTHING I need to lose all my weight?

On nearly every 10 Pound Takedown Challenge, someone asks a version of the following question:

“Are there people who lose all their weight on Code Red without a Custom Program?”

The answer is yes. There are people who do challenges and read my book, The Code Red Revolution, and lose all their weight.

I also offer Custom Programs, for people who want to take the guesswork out of it, plus get the most advanced version of the Code Red Lifestyle™.

On a recent challenge, someone asked if I “hold out” stuff on the challenge that people “need” to lose all their weight.

Anyone who asks that completely misses the point of a 10 Pound Takedown.

The 10 Pound Takedown is 30 days. It’s the simplest version of the Code Red Lifestyle™, and I specifically designed it that way, so people can dip their toe into the Code Red Lifestyle™ and decide whether they wanna continue.

If they don’t even want to follow the basic rules, why on earth would I give them “everything?” There’s no point!

More importantly, Custom Programs are custom. If you invest in one, the first thing you do after signing up is fill out a 31-question questionnaire, so I can get to know you before I write your program.

Obviously people on a 30-day challenge aren’t gonna get a custom plan, because I will not write custom plans for people I don’t know anything about.

Not only is it a huge liability, it wouldn’t work!

If that counts as “holding out” information, so be it.

Losing your weight following only challenge rules can be done. It takes longer, which means you risk your motivation collapsing before you get there. But it’s certainly doable.

Regardless, the point of a 10 Pound Takedown isn’t to pour every single drop of the Code Red Lifestyle™ down your throat.

It’s to help you dip your toe into the lifestyle and decide if you wanna continue.

If you don’t, then you’re done…but without wasting your time and energy (or mine) on “everything,” aka all the advanced information you aren’t even gonna use.
