What Do I Eat? June 1, 2019

When you see what I’m eating in this week’s “What Do I Eat?” you’re probably either gonna laugh, or think, “Ew, gross.”

But for whatever reason, I was craving this weird combination of food.

If you’re new to the Code Red Lifestyle™, it might be hard to imagine craving veggies, but it happens to me all the time. I’d rather crave veggies than sugar and junk!

If you’re used to eating sugar and junk, or they’re emotional eating triggers and you “crave” them for that reason, you’ve GOT to get them out of your house. Just proximity to junk food can trigger cravings.

Also make sure you’re getting your sleep and water, and processing your stress, because lack of sleep, not finishing your water, and stress can all trigger sugar cravings.
