When people see you’re losing weight, they’re gonna ask you one of 2 questions

I see a lot of people who join Code Red get frustrated.

They’re frustrated with the people around them…people in their knitting group, at their gym, at their kid’s school–heck, even people in their own family–because the people around them just don’t get it.

There could be a million reasons they’re not understanding it, but near the top of the list is the fact they’re simply not ready…YET.

When people see you losing weight, they may not say anything at all, it’s true. They may be afraid of offending you. Or they may have seen you lose weight before, and are waiting to see what happens before they bring it up.

But a lot of times, people will speak up, and they’ll ask you one of two questions:

Why are you doing this? Or…

What are you doing?

One of those questions means they’re not ready.

The other either means they are ready, or they’re headed that direction, even if they’re not there quite yet.

Watch my video below to learn more about how to tell whether people are ready to hear how you lost your weight…and possibly to try Code Red themselves.

I’ll also give you some tips to help you handle Code Red critics. Click the image to check it out.
