How to calculate your BMI

Ah, the big, bad BMI.

In case you don’t know, BMI stands for Body Mass Index.

Doctors, insurance companies, dietitians, fitness professionals, and many others use it as an indicator of health, and an indicator of whether or not you’re at your ideal weight.

A lot of my Rebels worry about this, and judge themselves based on their BMI.

But the BMI system is SERIOUSLY flawed. (Did you know it puts ME in the overweight category?)

It’s tough to get away from BMI, because SO many people still view it as the holy grail of health and weight.

But I’m here to tell you it’s not, and in my video below, I’ll explain exactly why.
