No one wants to lose weight forever, which is why a common question I get is, “How long will it take to get my weight off on Code Red?”
My answer?
It depends on:
How consistently and correctly you follow the program.
No program works if you don’t implement it and give it a hot minute to work.
If you’re eating too much (or too little), it can and will impact your rate of loss.
If you’re not getting enough sleep, that will stall you.
If you drink most of your water at 6 PM instead of spacing it out throughout the day, that will slow you down, too.
