A lot of programs – most, in fact – DO tell you exactly what to eat, when to eat it, and provide hordes of expensive shipping lists to overwhelm you.
Don’t like what they’re telling you to eat?
Too bad, if you want the result their program promises.
Now, it is true that you’re gonna be making adjustments to your food, in some way, if you want to lose the weight, keep it off, and feel better. The whole idea you can keep doing what’s making you fat and sick, but get different results, is a farce.
That being said, having to eat bland, unsatisfying foods that bore you to tears isn’t sustainable for most people.
