You can’t ignore this if you really do want the weight gone for GOOD

It’s NOT sexy, is it? 😂

But if you’re truly ready to be done circling the weight loss mountain, you can’t ignore it.

Losing weight so you’re not the fat mom at your son’s wedding is fine and all…but what happens after the wedding? 

Will you go back to your old ways?

Will you keep going?

What is your PLAN to ensure you don’t just regain all the weight right back?

“Well, Cristy, I haven’t thought about it because I don’t really know or care. Dieting stinks and I just wanna eat what I want.”

Dieting does stink, and diets don’t work long-term.

What DOES work long-term is making tweaks to your lifestyle and food choices that keep you where you are instead of dropping the weight.

That way, if you decide you wanna lose more weight in the future, you aren’t stuck re-losing everything you gained back after your son’s wedding, or swimsuit season, or whatever the occasion is.

If you lost weight in a way that IMPROVES your health, you also won’t have to deal with the return of the wellness issues that improved or went away…

But again, only IF you make some tweaks that keep you where you are.

Seriously, just think about this for a sec. How many times have you lost weight, stopped doing what got the weight off, went back to what you were doing, and regained weight?

There’s a clear pattern, and unless you tweak what you put into the pattern, you’ll just repeat it again.

If this is your first time hearing someone talk about this, it’s not a surprise. Most programs don’t talk about what happens after weight loss.

And most people don’t wanna think about it. Or, they just assume “everything will work out.”

(Well, we both know how THAT one turns out, don’t we? 🤦‍♀️)

If you go back to exactly what you were doing before you lost the weight, you’ll get the exact same result, which is to be fat and sick.

That is the absolute LAST thing I want for you, because it wrecks your body and it’s also super discouraging.

Next time you go to lose weight, have a plan to keep off the weight you lose, even if if you have more to go. It’s SO much better – and better for you – to never regain weight again!
