Why you don’t need weight loss medications, diet pills, or injections to lose weight

I totally get why you may believe that weight loss cannot happen without:

  • A weight loss pill
  • A weight loss patch
  • A weight loss medication
  • An injection

The diet industry doesn’t want you to know that you can lose all the weight you want with real food, water, sleep, and a few simple rules.

They want you to think weight loss is complicated UNLESS you grab a magic gimmick.

THEN it can be simple. But that’s the only way it’s simple…or so they’d have you believe.

I also get why you want to believe that if you just find the right weight loss pill, patch, or powder, you can lose all that weight without having to:

  • Figure out the “right way” to eat
  • Stop eating your “favorite foods” or drinking your favorite beverages
  • Exercise

The good news is, you actually CAN lose all your weight without ANY exercise, because you cannot out-train a bad diet.

(If you could, there wouldn’t be obese CrossFit chicks who can lift a ton of weight and are strong, but who still have a weight problem.)

As for the rest, well, if you’ve got a weight problem, odds are good that what you’re eating, or how you’re eating, are part of the problem.

I know it seems like there’s 50 million ways to eat.

But the simple truth is that when you eat the proper human diet, like we eat on Code Red…and you eat a reasonable amount instead of stuffing yourself…and you combine it with enough sleep and water…then you can lose weight.

Even if you’ve had a weight problem your entire life.

Even if every “diet” you’ve ever tried has failed.

Even if you’ve got a lot of physical problems that supposedly make it hard or “impossible” to lose weight.

Nobody’s fat due to a diet pill deficiency.

Nobody’s fat due to a shake deficiency.

And nobody’s fat due to a medication deficiency.

Please stop letting the diet industry convince you that you need another pointless gimmick to get the weight off.

You do NOT.

You need real food.

You need sleep.

You need water.

In other words, what you need is what your body’s already designed to thrive on.

And it ain’t copious amounts of sugar and alcohol, processed crap made in a factory, or chemical-filled beverages.

Eat real food, drink water, sleep, follow a few simple rules, and yes, YOU can win the weight loss battle, too.
