Why ONE cheat sets you back a week

Recently (at the time of this post), I flew to Reno because I wanted to look at a vehicle. (It went really well and I ended up buying it!)

While I was there, I ate steak and eggs at a restaurant, and you won’t believe what they brought me as a side…

Not one, but TWO biscuits.

And not only that, these biscuits were HUGE!

(They were buns the size of MY “buns!” 😂)

Seriously, who needs one biscuit that size, much less two?

I actually love biscuits, so I admit, I felt tempted by them.

But they didn’t fit with my goals, so I left them alone (and actually had the server take them away).

I’m training for another bodybuilding competition, and those suckers would have set me back at least a week, because that’s what cheats do.

Just ONE cheat sets you back a week.

I know because several years ago, I used to let my clients have a weekly cheat meal. They’d overdo it and, in one meal, gain back all the weight they lost for the week.

It was frustrating for them and really frustrating for me as their coach, so I cut out cheat meals from Code Red weight loss mode…

So that anyone who correctly and consistently lives the Code Red Lifestyle™ gets their weight off sooner rather than later.

Then, in maintenance, I teach you how to strategically reintroduce foods so you don’t regain your weight.

Step one, of course, is to drop the weight in the first place, and we have a path for every budget on Code Red. You can do VIP Connection or you can get my book on Amazon.

Just GET STARTED and follow  the program correctly and consistently.

Cheats drag it out indefinitely (as you know, right? Otherwise you wouldn’t still be going around this mountain).

Come join us in the Code Red network! We’ve got communities, tons of videos, podcasts, articles, motivation, tips, programs, meal ideas, and more! It’s free to join, and you can join in either of these two ways:

1) Go to www.coderedlifestyle.com/app from your laptop (or an Internet browser like Chrome on your phone or tablet) and create your free account.

2) Download the mobile app version from the App Store or Google Play by searching Code Red Lifestyle™.
