My journey started in 2021 when I jumped on the Atkins diet band wagon. I did great on it and lost 25 pounds. But I couldn’t keep it off because they don’t teach you maintenance, and the community wasn’t fun loving.
When I gained half of that 25 back I found CR from a friend. May 7, 2023 is when I started and let me tell you it has been a game changer.
I had horrible knee and feet pain from walking. My sleep was horrible, didn’t really have a sleep schedule. My mood was horrible, not happy, mean, sassy, grumpy, hated the mornings. Now I’m up at 6 each morning (even weekends), get my 40oz down first thing, I can walk for miles and have no issues.
My asthma is gone, off of 2 medications, and went from a size 16 to a size 4! I may still be sassy, but I’m a happy sassy! Keep it simple, don’t over think it and you will lose the weight. This community is so loving and we are all here for you. Stay engaged, keep asking questions and start loving the new you. You deserve this!
What a transformation!
