Something pretty surprising happens with my most successful Code Red Rebels.
Because we eat so simply on this lifestyle, it’s an adjustment for people who are used to complicated recipes.
But after my Rebels are in weight loss mode for a while, and are enjoying the weight loss (not to mention all the non-scale victories), most of them settle on some “staples.” It’s always food they love AND that they’re successful at with their weight loss.
It’s nothing I instructed them to do – it’s just an amazing outcome of success on the Code Red Lifestyle.
I call it simple but effective, just like this lifestyle in general!
