Want to hear a simple secret to making veggies taste fantastic?
Seasonings!
Even salt and pepper can make something blah taste amazing.
Salt, especially, brings out the natural flavor of foods, but don’t be afraid to experiment with other spices.
Garlic powder, onion powder, sage, curry, turmeric, and many others can add variety while adding very few (if any) calories.
Mixing them with other foods that are nicely seasoned is amazing, too.
