When it comes to food, I’m definitely the odd woman out.
Some people live to eat, but for me, sometimes stopping what I’m doing to eat is a pain in the butt.
Eating every two hours, the way outdated nutrition guidelines tell you to do, would drive me bananas!
It’s not that I never enjoy food. But for me, life doesn’t revolve around it. Some people are like me, and some are the eat to live types.
Neither one’s “right” or “wrong,” so long as you’re eating foods that nourish your body vs. keep it fat and sick.
Salads are one of my go-tos when I went to get a meal in quickly. It’s super easy to switch around the ingredients for variety (if you need variety – I don’t).
