I read an interesting comment on one of my videos this week.
In the video, I was talking about keeping meals simple. And this person responded by saying, “Hard to go from ‘traditional' meals to simple.”
By traditional, she means complicated.
I don't doubt it feels hard to her, mentally, to switch from complicated, multi-ingredient meals to single-ingredient foods.
But it's not “hard” to pick a fat, a veggie, and a protein, and make a meal out of it.
