The food I make in this week’s “What Do I Eat?” is about as complicated as I get when I cook for myself.
I know I harp on complicated recipes a LOT.
But it’s not because I don’t like to cook.
It’s because society makes food WAY more complicated than it needs to be.
And a lot of people out there are struggling with it, because they don’t realize there’s a faster, easier, SIMPLER way.
Simple food can be incredibly delicious…especially when you get off the sugar and grains so your taste buds can recover.
