What Do I Eat? – July 14, 2018

There’s a lot of different ways of eating out there.

Code Red, for example, is high-fat and low-carb.

But if you decide one of those other ways works better for you than Code Red, there’s still one food you have to eliminate if you truly want lasting weight loss and amazing health.

I’m not gonna call it a “bad food,” because I don’t believe in “good food, bad food.”

I simply believe in choosing foods that help you achieve what you want: Weight loss, waking up without aches and pains, getting off (or at least greatly reducing) your medication, and so on.
