Tired of feeling like your own worst enemy?

I’ve been using a 40-ounce clear water bottle with a bamboo lid. It’s not very strong or secure, and I don’t particularly like it.

But it was included in a free PR box, so I’ve been using it.

I brought it to my cabin recently, and had the water bottle sitting on a side table.

I put my laptop next to it, opened my laptop’s lid…

And accidentally knocked over this completely full water bottle.

It shattered into big chunks, spilling water ALL OVER and wasting the Unmatched Electrashred I’d added to it.

I had no other water bottles at the cabin, but I still needed to get in my 160 ounces of water.

So, I grabbed one of the old school 16-oz. water glasses I keep at the cabin, filled it with water, added a little Electrashred, and got to chugging.

I had to drink TEN of those 16-oz. glasses to hit my water goal!

What a pain compared to drinking four 40-oz. bottles with a straw. 😂

When you learn a better way of doing things, it’s frustrating and a little daunting to have to go back to your old ways.

What’s even MORE frustrating is when you’re still trapped by your old ways and feel like your own worst enemy.

“I know what to do, so why don’t I do it?? Why do I keep sabotaging myself? Why can’t I stay on track?”

Any of that sound like you?

It should, because ALL of us have at least one area of our lives where we feel like our own worst enemy…

Where our own mind seems to fight us every step of the way.

It’s exhausting, isn’t it?

Code Red developed identity shifting as a way to rewire your mind to get it on your side.

As that happens, doing what you know to do starts to feel easier.

It can happen as early as the same day you start identity shifting, too. (It depends on the person and how consistent you are, but again, I’ve seen people start feeling different as early as their first day of identity shifting.)

That means that getting back on track with your weight loss – or making your desire to stay on track even stronger if you’re already on track – can start feeling easier ASAP.

It’s THAT freaking powerful.
