I'll Teach You More About Nutrition Than They Do In Medical School

I know, it’s a pretty bold claim to say I know more about something than most doctors.

I’m not a doctor and I can’t diagnose you or give you medical advice.

But what I can do is teach you more about nutrition and its power to heal than doctors learn in medical school.

Did you know that your typical doctor receives less than 15 hours of nutrition training in medical school?

Nurses don’t receive much more.

And they’re all taught the food pyramid, which is based on jury-rigged “studies” and is flat-out wrong in almost every way.

Now, I don’t want you to be mad at your doctor, because your doctor just doesn’t know what they don’t know.

Because instead of being taught all the ways you can heal your body naturally through nutrition and other natural means, doctors are taught to prescribe a pill for every ill. (Which keeps the pharmaceutical industry smiling all the way to the bank.)

Plus they’re taught to preach the tired, disproven mantras of “eat less, move more” and “calories in and calories out,” both of which are wrong.

Yeah, I said it: WRONG.

Look, we’ve been hearing for decades that low-fat is the answer, that you need 6 to 11 servings of “healthy whole grains,” a day, that sugar is “okay in moderation,” and that you “have” to exercise to lose weight.

But if all that bull crap is true, and people are eating low-fat and killing themselves in the gym like good little citizens, why is our nation at a terrifying 70% obesity rate?

I know all this may sound hard to believe, but it I didn’t pull it out of thin air, and I have the results to prove my way works.

My clients heal from type II diabetes, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, headaches, chronic pain, IBS, thyroid disorders–and many more health problems—over and over and over and over. I’ve seen it thousands and thousands and thousands of times.

And all that’s in addition to the astonishing weight loss. We regularly have people losing 80, 100, 150, even 175 pounds!

It’s ALL happening because of proper nutrition, water, and sleep…NOT because of medication, exercise, or weight loss gimmicks.

To be clear, I’m not saying medication doesn’t have its place. It does.

But it should be a last resort, not the instant go-to.
