Deb got a shock last year when she went to the doctor’s office, and it wasn’t a welcome one.
She stepped on the scale, as usual, only to discover that her weight had crossed the 200-pound mark for the first time.



After attending the Plan, Prep & Log Your Food Workshop, Deb took the next step with a Home Study Program (plus coaching).
Now Deb is only 12 pounds from goal weight!
“I’m so happy to be able to wear size medium clothes and can’t wait to apply for maintenance!” she told me.
